About Paula
I am married and a mom of two grown children. I have spent the last 12 years supporting small business owners while they grow incredible businesses. I am passionate about helping individuals tap into their own potential. My joy comes from helping others discover it and from helping them strategize their next step.
In the late 1990's, I began helping small business owners who were struggling to get their administrative activities (non-profit making activities) accomplished. I realized most of them struggled because they didn't have the staff, time, money or know-how to get these tasks done, let alone have time to think about how to expand their business using the Internet. My business model evolved, and in 2005, I began filling a need helping small business owners generate income via a website and promoting it using the Internet.
I feel uniquely qualified to help other small business owners because I am one myself. My background includes customer service (receptionist); store owner retail sales (new clothing); store manager (resale and thrift clothing); small business owner (administrative support services, Internet marketing services and consulting).
Two things not many people know about me:
(1) I used to be a flight attendant
(2) I used to own and operate a car wash and detail business
